November brought updates to:
Projects Reports, and
Clients and Addresses.
Let’s take a closer look at these!
Projects Reports
You can now build more tailored project reports and gain better insights into project progress, team performance, budgets, and overall workload.

Include project budgets, estimated hours, and tracked hours to better understand and assess profitability:
which services bring in the most revenue,
which projects drain more resources than expected, and
which clients are the most valuable to your business.
You can also identify your most active teams and busiest people, so you know where support is needed.
Whether it’s hiring additional help, doubling down on profitable work, or improving internal efficiency, these reports will give you the clarity to move forward, while keeping clients and other stakeholders in the loop.
Clients and Addresses
Every client now has a dedicated profile in People, giving you all the essentials at a glance:
address and contact details,
active and completed projects,
member clients,
quotes,
invoices with full analytics,
hourly rates, and more.
Track payment behavior, monitor profitability, and spot opportunities to upsell or improve client collaboration.
You can also create and send estimates and invoices directly from the client’s profile. We’ve enhanced the address field, too: AI now automatically formats client addresses, and you can add custom notes, like additional tax info, before sending any documents.
Any client you haven’t worked with in the past 365 days will be moved to Archive.
