Hello, everyone! Welcome to ActiveCollab’s latest updates! In July, we worked on daily capacity overview, AI-generated tasks and subtasks, and AI expense logging.
This month, we’re bringing you:
improved Uninvoiced report, and
better Reminders,
Read on to see how these changed.
Uninvoiced report
The Uninvoiced report gives you a summary of all project hours and expenses that haven’t yet been invoiced.
We optimized the entire section to make things even easier and more intuitive. You’ll now get:
a total of all uninvoiced items,
a detailed breakdown per project per client,
insight into how much each client owes,
total tracked billable hours spent on projects,
material and other expenses per project, and more.
All projects are grouped by client, which gives you flexibility when billing:
issue one invoice for all projects under a client,
issue individual invoices per project.
You can now also create fixed-budget project invoices, in addition to time-and-expense invoices. And if you’re using another tool to invoice tracked time and expenses, you can still mark them as paid in ActiveCollab—making it easier to consolidate information in one place.
Reminders
Reminders help you stay on top of everything at work.
In ActiveCollab, you can now set reminders not only for tasks, but also for notes and discussions.
They’re fully customizable:
set them for yourself or for everyone subscribed,
add specific people,
choose a date and time, and
include a note for extra context.
This way, no matter how hectic things get, the important bits won’t end up overlooked.
