Comments are a fast and effective way to communicate with your team and clients. You can post them on tasks, discussions or notes, which serve a thread for the entire conversation history.
- Open a task, discussion or note in a project.
- Enter a comment. Click the A icon to bring up formatting.
- Attach files or drag and drop them on the comment (optional)
- Click Add Comment.
- All subscribers will be notified that a new comment has been posted.
When someone comments on a task, discussion or a note that you are subscribed to - you will receive an email notification. You can post a comment just by replying to the email.
If you want to leave a comment for a specific person, simply type @ in front of their name (eg. @Bob). They will get a notification email about who mentioned them, and where.
