Creating Teams

If you have a number of people who work on the same projects or tasks often, you can group them into a team. This way you'll be able to invite them to a new project or task faster.

How to create a Team in ActiveCollab?

  • Step 1: Click on the People tab.
  • Step 2: Click on Teams.
  • Step 3: Click on the “+” icon in the upper right corner.
  • Step 4: Enter the team's name.
  • Step 5: Select the team members from the dropdown menu.
  • Step 6: Click on “Create”

How to edit a Team in ActiveCollab?

  • Step 1: Click on the People tab.
  • Step 2: Click on Teams.
  • Step 3: Click on the “...” icon next to the desired team you wish to edit.
  • Step 4: Select “Edit” from the drop-down menu.
  • Step 5: Enter the new team's name.
  • Step 5: Select/change the new team members from the dropdown menu.
  • Step 6: Click on “Save”

How to delete a Team in ActiveCollab?

  • Step 1: Click on the People tab.
  • Step 2: Click on Teams.
  • Step 3: Click on the “...” icon next to the desired team you wish to delete.
  • Step 4: Click on “Delete” from the drop-down menu.
  • Step 5: Click on “Delete” to confirm.
