Exporting Timeline
A Project Timeline in ActiveCollab is a visual representation (Gantt chart style) of all your project tasks, showing their start and due dates, duration, and dependencies. It helps you plan, schedule, and track the progress of work over time.
How to Export a Project Timeline?
- Step 1: Log in to your ActiveCollab account
- Step 2: Click on a desired project from the Projects page
- Step 3: Click on the Timeline view located in the top-right corner, next to the ‘’+’’ icon
- Step 4: Click on the arrow pointing down
- Step 5: From the dropdown menu select the PDF or PNG format
- Step 6: Zoom in or out by clicking on the ‘’+’’ or ‘’-’’ button (optional)
How to Zoom in on the Project Timeline?
- Step 1: Log in to your ActiveCollab account
- Step 2: Click on a desired project from the Projects page
- Step 3: Click on the Timeline view located in the top-right corner, next to the ‘’+’’ icon
- Step 4: To zoom in click on the ‘’+’’ button next to the arrow pointing down
How to Zoom out on the Project Timeline?
- Step 1: Log in to your ActiveCollab account
- Step 2: Click on a desired project from the Projects page
- Step 3: Click on the Timeline view located in the top-right corner, next to the ‘’+’’ icon
- Step 4: To zoom out click on the ’’-’’ button next to the zoom in ‘’+’’ button
Note: The export view will reflect the zoom level you previously set.
