My Work on the mobile app shows all the Tasks and Subtasks assigned to you, sorted by the due date, so you know how to prioritize your efforts every day. You can also review and log time and set your Availability.
How to access the My Work section on the mobile app?
- STEP 1: Log in to your ActiveCollab mobile app
- STEP 2: Click on the My work icon in the bottom menu, next to the Projects icon
- STEP 3: Check the following:
- Tasks
- Time
- Availability
How to add a new task via the My Work section on the mobile app?
- STEP 1: Log in to your ActiveCollab mobile app
- STEP 2: Click on the My work icon in the bottom menu, next to the Projects icon
- STEP 3: Select Tasks from the upper menu
- STEP 4: Click on the Plus icon in the bottom right corner
- STEP 5: Choose a project
- STEP 6: Enter a task name
- STEP 7: Add
