Who does this change apply to?
This price change applies to all ActiveCollab customers, no matter their plan.
What are the new prices?
For old ActiveCollab plans:
- Small (S): $35 / month or $350 / year
- Medium (M): $75 / month or $750 / year
- Large (L): $150 / month or $1,500 / year
- Extra Large (XL): $300 / month or $3,000 / year
- Mega: $500 / month or $5,000 / year
For current plans:
- Plus Plan: $15 / month or $150 / year (includes 3 seats)
- Pro Plan: $11 / per seat per month or $10 / per seat per month, billed annually
- Pro+Get-Paid Plan: $17 / per seat per month or $15 / per seat per month, billed annually
Why is the price changing?
We adjusted our pricing to reflect the value our product brings to you and your team.
Over the past couple of years, we’ve added and improved over 100 features and functionalities, so you could make the most of your ActiveCollab workspace.
Some of our users have seen a significant increase in productivity and client retention thanks to ActiveCollab. We aspire to continue upgrading our software to help you grow even more.
When does the price increase come into effect?
The new prices will apply starting June 1, 2025, for both new and existing ActiveCollab customers on all monthly and annual plans.
Any renewal fees (monthly or yearly) taking place after June 1 will be calculated using the updated rates

Are there any changes to the Non-Profit Discount?
No, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions will still receive 50% off.
However, the discount will be applied to the new prices once they become official.

Can I change my plan before the price increase?
If you’re on a monthly plan or signed up for a free trial, you can get an annual plan before June 1, 2025. This way, you’ll lock in the current rate for another year, valid until the next annual billing cycle, the date of the upgrade.
