We are searching for a versatile Content Writer & Community Manager. This role is ideal for someone who excels in SEO content creation and has a passion for community building and engagement. The candidate will be pivotal in growing our organic traffic and fostering a thriving community of ActiveCollab users.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & SEO:
Create and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and more, to increase organic traffic and drive user engagement.
Update and optimize existing content to enhance its relevance and conversion potential.
Community Management:
Build and nurture an engaged community of ActiveCollab users across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other online channels.
Manage and moderate discussions, providing community members with helpful insights, support, and information.
Act as the voice of the company, ensuring that interactions are aligned with the brand’s tone and values.
User Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention, both online and offline.
Organize and host webinars, virtual meetups, and in-person community events to educate users, gather feedback, and strengthen community ties.
Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and other communication materials to keep the community informed and engaged.
Content Strategy & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the SEO Content Manager and other team members to align content and community strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor content and community performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, SEO developments, and community management best practices to ensure the role’s effectiveness.
Requirements and skills
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content writing, SEO, and community management, preferably within a SaaS or tech-related field.
Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on creating engaging and conversion-focused content.
In-depth understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Proven experience building and managing online communities, with strong communication and moderation skills.
Ability to host webinars and virtual events confidently in English.
Familiarity with community management tools and platforms and social media management.
Experience organizing virtual and in-person community meetings or events.
Mindset:
A journalistic approach to content creation, ensuring thorough research and accuracy.
A community-first mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and foster a sense of belonging.
Teamwork:
A collaborative spirit, able to work closely with various teams to achieve shared goals.
Location: Remote, but must be a resident of Serbia.
