The Webhook Logs show what a provider sent to ActiveCollab, when it arrived, and what ActiveCollab did with it. Use them to answer questions like "why didn't my issue create a task?" without a support ticket.
You can open the Webhook Logs from:
- a connection row under Apps & Integrations, or
- the Repositories menu in the project options menu, where the list is pre-filtered to that project's repositories.
Each row is one delivery, newest first. Open a row to see the event, the delivery identifier, what ActiveCollab did, and the raw payload.
Each delivery carries a processing status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processed | Handled, and produced at least one result. |
| Failed | Handling errored. |
| Skipped | Not acted on, for example when no task is linked. |
| Received | Accepted, not yet processed. |
| Unhandled | No handler matched the event. |
| Duplicate | A repeated delivery, dropped before processing. |
You can filter by connection, event type, and processing status. A row that produced a task shows an Open Task link.

Viewing Webhook Logs needs the permission to manage integrations. See Who can connect.
