Download the app for iOS or Android and log in to your ActiveCollab account.
Note: You can only log in to an existing account. If you don't have an account, please visit our website and create it.
How to log in to my mobile app?
Cloud account
- STEP 1: Open your ActiveCollab mobile app
- STEP 2: Select Cloud
- STEP 3: Type in your email address
- STEP 4: Type password/send magic link
- STEP 5: Enter the 2-factor authentication code
- STEP 6: Select your account from the menu
Note: To sign out, click on the icon in the upper right corner
Self-hosted account
- STEP 1: Open your ActiveCollab mobile app
- STEP 2: Select Self-hosted
- STEP 3: Type in the URL of your account ( must be HTTPS authenticated, minimum supported version is 7.0.101)
- STEP 4: Type in your email address
- STEP 5: Type in your password
- STEP 6: Access the account
