ABCDE Method

What is ABCDE Method?

ABCDE Method is a prioritization technique developed by Brian Tracy that categorizes tasks into five levels: A, B, C, D, and E, based on their importance and urgency, with “A” representing the highest priority. The method helps individuals and teams focus on high-value tasks that contribute most to long-term goals, while organizing workloads for maximum efficiency.

By clearly defining what must be done first, what can be delegated, and what can be eliminated, the ABCDE Method enables better time allocation, reduces clutter, and supports resource optimization. It is widely applicable across industries, particularly in SMEs, agencies, and consultancies managing multiple clients and projects.
