Once a payment processor is activated, clients will start receiving a link to the page where they can make the payment. Once they pay, the invoice will be automatically marked as Paid in your ActiveCollab so you don't have to worry about it. To make sure you get paid, ActiveCollab can even send payment reminders until the invoice is paid.
